Accessibility statement.
This site is built to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or voice control. If something here is hard to use, tell me and I will fix it or help you directly.
WCAG 2.2, Level AA
I aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, a widely used technical standard for accessible websites. The ADA does not name a specific website standard, so WCAG is the target I use, not a legal guarantee. I have not yet verified that every page and form meets it. Automated testing finds only part of what is wrong, so I am testing the main quote, upload and chat flows by hand and fixing what I find.

What I am still working on
- Documents from insurance companies, such as policy PDFs and carrier letters, come from them and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. I will send an accessible copy or a text version on request.
- The chat and phone assistants are third-party tools. If one does not work with your assistive technology, use the phone or email instead.
- Automated checks do not catch everything, such as whether a page makes sense when read aloud. If you find a problem, tell me which page and I will fix it.
