These terms apply when you use alishahiinsurance.com, send a quote request, or ask a connected AI assistant such as ChatGPT to send one for you. Alishahi Insurance is the business name of Saman Alishahi, an independent insurance broker licensed in California (License #4348151) and holding nonresident producer licenses in 44 other states and Washington, DC (NPN 21022298). In these terms, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Sam Alishahi.
The site gives general information, not advice or coverage
Pages, guides, calculators and search answers on this site explain insurance in general terms. They aren’t legal, tax or financial advice, and they don’t describe any particular policy. Coverage depends on underwriting approval and on the terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy actually issued.
A quote request isn’t a quote or a binder
Sending a request, by the form, by phone or through an AI assistant, asks me to review your situation and contact you. It doesn’t create coverage, hold a rate or commit any insurance company. You have no coverage until I confirm in writing that a policy is bound. Please don’t cancel a current policy until your new one is confirmed.
Information you send
Please give accurate, complete information, and send a request only for yourself, your business, or someone who has asked you to. Insurers rely on application answers; incorrect or missing information can affect a quote or a claim. Don’t send Social Security numbers or bank details through the site. How I use and protect what you send is described in the Privacy Policy.
Requests through ChatGPT and other AI assistants
You can ask an AI assistant that connects to this site, such as ChatGPT, to look up the coverages I offer and send me a quote request. The assistant is run by its own company under its own terms and privacy policy, not by me. What it says in the conversation is its own wording, not a statement from me or from any insurance company; it can’t quote prices, confirm coverage or bind a policy. It sends me a request only after you confirm you want to be contacted, and I review every request personally before reaching out. Using the site
- Don’t send requests in someone else’s name without their permission, or send false, automated or bulk requests.
- Don’t try to break into, overload or interfere with the site, its forms or its connections for AI assistants, or get around their limits.
- Don’t copy the site’s text, design or tools for another business without written permission.
I may limit or block use that breaks these rules.
Other websites and services
The site links to insurance companies, government agencies and other websites, and uses outside services described in the Privacy Policy. I’m not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limits
I work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided as is, and I can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent California law allows, I’m not liable for losses that come from using the site itself, such as relying on general information or an outage. Nothing in these terms limits my duties to you as your licensed broker, or any right you have under California law that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law.
Changes
If these terms change, I’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.
