Surplus lines = Bulletin B26-04 white list (2026): foreign (US) surplus lines insurers with NAIC codes plus division-approved alien insurers listed without an NAIC code (alien=true); alien insurers on the NAIC IID Quarterly Listing are eligible in Alaska but not listed here; no eligibility dates given; voluntary withdrawals excluded: 42595 ROCKINGHAM CASUALTY COMPANY, 35912 AMERICAN WESTERN HOME INSURANCE COMPANY.
