How a quote moves
- Your application. The link comes by email right away. Answer what you know; the insurance companies need the rest before they can quote.
- Sent to the insurance companies. It goes to the ones that write your kind of coverage in your state. Most answer within 2 to 5 business days, and slow ones are followed up automatically.
- Your options, side by side. What each one covers, leaves out and costs, by email. Pick one on that page.
- Sign and start coverage. You sign electronically, the request goes to that insurance company, and coverage starts when they confirm it in writing.
