- Check the dates. Count from when the notice was mailed or delivered.

- Start shopping right away. If regular insurers turn you down, ask about Utah's FAIR Plan or other residual market, if one exists.
- If the notice seems late or vague, file a complaint with the Utah Insurance Department.
