Method and source

Source: the Wyoming insurance regulator company list, read 2026-10-18 and the surplus lines list. Admitted = Wyoming DOI '2025 Property & Casualty AdHoc Com Data Statement Report - run date 06/11/2026' (Google Sheet linked from https://doi.wyo.gov/companies under Company Financial Information > 2025 Financial Summary Information > Property & Casualty*). It lists every company filing a P&C annual statement in Wyoming with its NAIC code and Wyoming direct premium; it is an NAIC ad hoc financial report, not a DOI-labelled 'licensed companies' list, so completeness as a licence roster is inferred (764 companies, 493 with WY premium > 0). P&C only (life, health and title have separate sheets); 'type' is set from the report title, not per row. No domicile, lines of authority or licence dates are given. Surplus lines: Wyoming publishes no eligibility list (https://doi.wyo.gov/companies/surplus-lines); U.S. nonadmitted insurers qualify under NRRA (authorized in domicile, >= $15M capital & surplus), alien insurers must be on the NAIC Quarterly Listing of Alien Insurers (Edition 252, July 1, 2026), read from the SLIP+ mirror because content.naic.org is behind a Cloudflare challenge. Rows carry the NAIC AIIN (e.g. AA-1344102) in 'aiin' with naic left '' (not a 5-digit cocode); 'country' holds the domicile country, 'domicile' is '' (not a U.S. state); 88 alien companies + 104 Lloyd's syndicates; 'eligible' is '' because the listing gives no admission dates; 'footnote' marks NAIC footnotes (3 = RiverStone, run-off, not eligible anywhere; 1 = Chubb Seguros Mexico, ineligible in TX; 4 = Cigna Global, travel medical only). "Premium" is direct premium written in the state for the year shown; "share" is that company's part of the state total for the line. A company can be licensed for a line and write none of it, and a surplus lines insurer can write a line without a state license for it.

Need fidelity bonds in Wyoming?

Someone will insure it. I find who.

Send what you need covered and what happened before. I match it to the companies that take it, down to the last-resort plan if it comes to that. I'm licensed in 48 states and Washington, DC and your request stays with my agency, not passed to another agent. In Florida and Washington, where my licenses are still being issued, a partner agency in your state helps in the meantime.
