Method and source

Source: the Oklahoma insurance regulator company list, read 2026-10-18 and the surplus lines list. Admitted = OID 2024 Annual Report, '2024 LICENSED INSURANCE COMPANIES IN OKLAHOMA' (pp.27-98): every licensed company of every type (P&C, life, health, title, HMO, fraternal, accredited reinsurers, surplus-lines eligible insurers that also hold an OK certificate) with NAIC #, license date (since), domicile and AUTHORIZED LINES as printed (trailing-comma lists; ~1/4 of rows print no lines). The 2024 edition has no company-type column; 'type' comes from the 2023 edition's ST/SCT columns by NAIC match (1533 rows: P&C, Life, Health, Title, optionally '/ Surplus Lines' or '/ Accredited' when the 2023 SCT column said so), else inferred from the lines text and labelled '(inferred from lines)' (5 rows); the rest are '' (no lines printed, not in 2023 list) and are kept. Surplus lines = OID 'Approved Surplus Lines Companies' whitelist as of 09/24/2026: NAIC cocode + name only (no domicile/eligibility date); alien rows carry NAIC AA codes. OID notes the whitelist only lists carriers that applied for inclusion; alien insurers on the NAIC Quarterly Listing are also eligible in OK. "Premium" is direct premium written in the state for the year shown; "share" is that company's part of the state total for the line. A company can be licensed for a line and write none of it, and a surplus lines insurer can write a line without a state license for it.

Need commercial auto in Oklahoma?

Someone will insure it. I find who.

Send what you need covered and what happened before. I match it to the companies that take it, down to the last-resort plan if it comes to that. I'm licensed in 48 states and Washington, DC and your request stays with my agency, not passed to another agent. In Florida and Washington, where my licenses are still being issued, a partner agency in your state helps in the meantime.
