Surplus lines: 'Eligible Surplus Lines Companies' XLSX (sheet '10-14-2026') with COMPANY_NAME | NAIC_COCODE | DOMICILE_STATE; no eligibility date given; every row is US-domiciled (no Lloyd's or other alien insurers on this list - alien insurers are not covered by it); alien = domicile not a US state/territory code (raw kept in domicile_raw). csimt.gov Crawl-delay 10 honored. "Premium" is direct premium written in the state for the year shown; "share" is that company's part of the state total for the line. A company can be licensed for a line and write none of it, and a surplus lines insurer can write a line without a state license for it.
