Method and source

Each row comes from the named regulator's public company list on the date shown, joined by NAIC number. "Admitted" means licensed by the state and backed by its guaranty fund; "surplus lines" means eligible to take risks the admitted market declines, without rate or form approval or guaranty fund protection. Premium and rank come from state market share reports that list every company. This is a public-records directory, not a rating or recommendation; for the company's own filings use the NAIC's Consumer Information Source.

Send what you need covered and what happened before. I match it to the companies that take it, down to the last-resort plan if it comes to that. I'm licensed in 48 states and Washington, DC and your request stays with my agency, not passed to another agent.
